Cookie Notice
How optional website analytics storage works and how to change your choice.
Optional first party analytics
The public website asks before starting analytics. If you choose Allow analytics, the site creates a random pseudonymous visitor identifier in a first party cookie and a random session identifier in browser session storage. The site then records page use, visit time, referring site without its query string, approved campaign parameters, engagement, browser and device information, full browser user agent, approximate location when supplied by the host, clicked link text, and destination without its query string.
Analytics are operated by MYID on the same website. The site does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, advertising networks, or cross site advertising trackers.
Storage used
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
myid_vid | Random visitor identifier used to distinguish consenting website visitors. It is not an employee username or MYID account identifier. | Up to 180 days |
myid_sid | Random session identifier used to group activity in the current browser session. | Current browser session |
myid_analytics_consent | Your analytics choice and the time it was saved. This is stored locally so the site can respect the choice. | Choice requested again after 180 days |
PHPSESSID | Necessary session identifier used for contact and privacy request protection, including request token validation and duplicate submission control. | Current browser session |
Contact and privacy request protection also uses short lived server side rate records. These records contain keyed pseudonyms rather than the raw transport address or submitted email.
Your choice
Choose Necessary only to use the public site without optional analytics. Choose Allow analytics to permit first party measurement. You can reopen Cookie choices in the footer and change the setting. If analytics were previously allowed and you choose Necessary only, the visitor cookie is removed and the page reloads without starting analytics.
