Access should work for everyone.
SPS is working to make the MYID website and product understandable, operable, and useful across devices and assistive technologies.
Current website support
- Keyboard access and a link to skip repeated navigation
- Visible focus indicators for links, buttons, and form controls
- Programmatic labels for public contact and privacy forms
- Responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop use
- Reduced motion behavior when the operating system requests it
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Readable contrast for primary text, links, status labels, and controls
Product and customer content
MYID can display company branding, provider pages, external support content, and information supplied by a customer or connected service. SPS does not control every external page or every customer supplied asset. Customers should include accessibility in configuration, acceptance testing, support planning, and production approval.
Report a barrier
Tell us which page or app screen you were using, what you expected, what happened, the device and browser or app version, and the assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not send a password, OTP value, token, private key, or sensitive identity record.
Email info@myidselfverify.com or use the contact form. We will review the report and work with the applicable customer when the issue depends on customer controlled content.
